My husband and I decided to make an investment in Miami. Arnaud was recommended by one of our friends and I have to tell we totally found THE GEM !
He was super professional in the whole buying process until the final closing happened. One of the thing that is the most enjoyable working with Arnaud is to feel confident things will be taken care of. We live in California so buying in another state is more stressful, but with his proactive involvement in all the steps it was easy to make decisions.
Arnaud is definitively passionate about his job and we can feel he genuinely considers his client's property as his own property.
He also made sure the renovation (painting and small fixes) were done to our satisfaction. He went above and beyond on that part not to mention the visits he organized to find the perfect tenant for us.

Vraiment le meilleur agent immobilier que j’ai rencontré jusqu’à ce jour. 5 étoiles ne lui font pas justice car il mérite bien plus.
Il est si rare aujourd’hui de trouver des agents sérieux, positif, clair et à qui on peut faire confiance. Arnaud a été là pour moi du début à la fin, m’a tout expliqué en détail, a été très réactif, n’a jamais manqué de clarté dans ses explications ainsi que dans toutes les démarches pour mon emménagement à Miami, et en plus de ça m’a beaucoup rassuré car je ne connaissais rien au marché immobilier avant d’emménager.
